l Processing quality control

l Mold installation inspection
Perform a thorough inspection of tooling to ensure structural consistency and standardization of spare parts.The project manager and quality control personnel should attend the mold inspection according to the company standard and ensure the product quality.If errors are found, they should be corrected in time.In addition, we will also conduct independent standardized tests on the mold cooling system, the mold hydraulic oil passage system and the hot runner system.
l Sample acceptance
The quality control department shall conduct product inspection and submit test report within 24 hours after mold test.The report should include comprehensive testing and analysis of product dimensions, appearance, injection technology and physical parameters.We use different inspection standards and tools for different products.In our lab, we conduct different tests for high pressure injection, high speed injection, long time automatic run test, etc.The QC department makes suggestions for the improvement of rejected products.We have accumulated rich experience, applicable to mold production, and more and more customers to provide good solutions.With the continuous improvement of our equipment and measuring and testing instruments, our product inspection is becoming more professional.

The effect of injection product shrinkage
1) The mold temperature is too low to solve the shrinkage problem
Shrinkage problems (both surface and internal) in hard rubber parts are defects caused by the fact that the space left by concentrated shrinkage cannot be fully replenished from the melter along the inlet direction as the melter cools and shrinks.So, factors that are not conducive to contraction can affect how we deal with contraction.
Most people know that the mold temperature is too high to cause shrinkage problems, and they usually like to lower the mold temperature to solve the problem.But sometimes the mold temperature is too low, not conducive to solve the problem of shrinkage, which is not noticed by many people.
The mold temperature is too low, the melt cools too fast, and the thicker glue is far from the water inlet.The middle section cools too fast and the shrinkage channel is blocked.In the distance, there's not enough melt.In addition, this makes shrinkage more difficult to solve, especially for thick molded parts.
2) The melt temperature is too low to solve the shrinkage problem
Most people also know that if the melt temperature is too high, the molded parts are prone to shrinkage problems.If the temperature is reduced by 10-20°C, the shrinkage problem will be improved.
However, if the injection molded part contracts in a relatively thick section, setting the melt temperature too low, for example, as it approaches the lower limit of the injection melt temperature, is not conducive to solving the shrinkage problem, and this will be more serious.The thicker the part, the more obvious it is.
The reason is similar to the mold temperature is too low.The glue sets too fast.The large temperature difference between the shrinkage and the nozzle cannot form a large temperature difference in favor of shrinkage.The contraction channel will be blocked prematurely.The solution to the problem becomes more difficult.It can also be seen that the faster the melt condenses, the more difficult it is to solve the shrinkage problem.PC material is a very rapid condensation of raw materials, so its shrinkage can be said to be the main problem of injection molding.
Secondly, too fast injection speed is not conducive to solving the serious shrinkage hole problem
To solve the shrinkage problem, the first thought was to increase the injection pressure and prolong the injection time.However, if the injection speed is adjusted quickly, it will not be conducive to solving the contraction problem.Therefore, when it is difficult to eliminate the contraction, the solution should be to reduce the injection rate.
Reduce the injection speed will make a large temperature difference between the flow of the molten glue at the inlet and the inlet, which is conducive to the solidification and contraction of the molten glue from a distance to the near end, but also conducive to the solidification and contraction of the molten glue.Getting a higher pressure supplement to the contraction location away from the intake will help greatly.
As the injection rate slows down, the melt glue walking in front cools down and slows down.Injection molded parts are difficult to produce batch leads, and injection pressure and time can be increased and extended.Solve the problem of severe contraction.
However, it is worth noting that the filling speed is too slow, which is not conducive to solving the shrinkage problem.Because when the cavity is filled, the melt freezes completely, just as the melt temperature is too low, it cannot compensate for the shrinkage in distance.
