l Product design inspection:
The product design provided by the customer, we will carry out a comprehensive analysis and inspection, such as the feasibility of the molding process, the feasibility of the mold structure and movement, the matching of all the related plastic components, etc.It can avoid mold modification, scrap and other unnecessary mold maintenance work caused by product design failure.
l Mold design inspection
Through accurate analysis, foreseeable mold design rationality analysis, the best processing analysis and mold structure application, it can provide the most professional solutions, and according to customer requirements to provide the most appropriate mold performance and technical specifications.
The inspection covers the mold strength, mold flow analysis, demoulding, cooling system, guidance system rationality, mold spare parts specification application, customer machine selection and the application of special requirements and other aspects.All of these should be checked in accordance with TPV mold design standards.
l Raw material purchasing inspection
Spare parts have strict inspection procedures and time control, the standardization of parts, dimensional accuracy, mold material hardness and material defect detection.
l Processing quality control
Precise size control, self-check each spare parts according to drawing size and tolerance limit control requirements.Only after the inspection can the spare parts be sent to the next working step.Do not allow previous faulty parts to flow into subsequent processing steps.For CNC milling, a strict audit of the procedure is required prior to processing.After machining, we will check and control the accuracy by 3D coordinate measurement.We have many measures: professional tool technical training and machine maintenance;Self-inspection of mold workpiece and acceptance of quality department;Reasonable shift system and tooling control system.
l Mold installation inspection
Perform a thorough inspection of tooling to ensure structural consistency and standardization of spare parts.The project manager and quality control personnel should attend the mold inspection according to the company standard and ensure the product quality.If errors are found, they should be corrected in time.In addition, we will also conduct independent standardized tests on the mold cooling system, the mold hydraulic oil passage system and the hot runner system.
l Sample acceptance
The quality control department shall conduct product inspection and submit test report within 24 hours after mold test.The report should include comprehensive testing and analysis of product dimensions, appearance, injection technology and physical parameters.We use different inspection standards and tools for different products.In our lab, we conduct different tests for high pressure injection, high speed injection, long time automatic run test, etc.The QC department makes suggestions for the improvement of rejected products.We have accumulated rich experience, applicable to mold production, and more and more customers to provide good solutions.With the continuous improvement of our equipment and measuring and testing instruments, our product inspection is becoming more professional.
